A new leader, then I can help you define and gain clarity about your role.  We will work together to identify your strengths and look at ways to apply these in your areas of responsibility.  Through working together I can help you build the confidence and self-awareness needed to influence others, establish your presence within your team and ultimately enact change and improvements within your organisation eg make an impact.  We will also create a strategic plan for your growth so that you can become the leader you want to be!

An aspiring or emerging leader, then I can support your decision making about the steps needed to take you into the next stage of your leadership career.  As above, working with me will help you to identify your strengths and support you in developing the confidence to succeed, whether this is for a promotion or just a change in role.  Together we will work to identify what's right for you so that you can become the leader you want to be!

An existing leader, then working with me can help you to define your leadership, align your values with those of your organisation and help you gain greater clarity and focus for your goals.  Sessions will empower you to take decisive action, help you build your team around you, understand how to influence others and lead  successfully from the front and within your team.  Become the leader you want to be!

A leader who wishes to strengthen a team: help individuals recognise the skills they bring, align everyone's values, develop a core vision for future success, then I can support you and your team in creating unity and shared goals for your organisation.

Supporting Your Success

You may be grappling with leadership challenges.  You may feel that your organisation has been blown off course by the disruption of the pandemic and you want to get your priorities back on track.  You may feel feel overwhelmed and burdened by self-doubt that is preventing you from being the leader you want to be.  You may feel you need to develop a new sense of purpose and confidence to achieve your goals. 


I use an array of communication skills to provide coaching services that give you the tools for success. In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and team sessions, I regularly host workshops for people who are interested in developing their leadership within a group setting and wish to network with likeminded others. 


For all services, support is provided between sessions so that you never feel alone.

One to one coaching Session

There are three types of leaders that can benefit from one to one coaching:

  • New leaders need time and investment to enable them to grow into their role.  They need to develop the confidence and presence to lead and manage effectively. 

  • Emerging leaders need to be provided with the opportunities for growth if an organisation’s aims are to be sustained long term.

  • Existing leaders can benefit from support in their leadership journey.  They need to be given the resources to continue to grow as leaders, be part of a strong team and add value and impact on their organisation.

Team Coaching Session

This service can be the key to creating a cohesive and strong team.


If you are a senior manager and have several members of your team that are new to your organisation, who wish to grow as leaders and would generally benefit more from working alongside and having the support of others, then group coaching for members of your team can be provided.


As with one to one coaching, sessions will focus on gaining clarity about roles, defining leadership and vision and creating the confidence, self-awareness and presence to lead others effectively and therefore contributing and adding value to the organisation.  It can work alongside your organisation's main priorities and individuals' CPD needs.

New leaders coaching and networking group

An online group for new, emerging and existing leaders who want to connect and work with a coach on issues that are common to leadership.

Having the opportunity to talk with others can help individuals to gain greater clarity, see a pathway forwards and help with looking after own well-being.

Learn More About Me

Trusted Coaching Professional

I am an experienced and qualified coach with a proven track record of working with a range of individuals and in a range of settings to successfully deliver one to one and team coaching. 


I am a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and gained my qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring at the British School of Coaching.  I have vast experience of coaching leaders in education in the UK as well as coaching individuals in education and other professions worldwide. 


One of my favourite things about being a Head Teacher of a very successful primary school was seeing the growth of my team; their individual strengths coming to the fore and their motivation to enact change, influence others and seek continued improvement. 


Since leaving my post to follow my passion for coaching, I have helped many clients become the leader they want to be. 


Through a tailored programme of support I have helped them create a defined vision for their leadership, gain clarity over their role and develop the confidence, self-belief and empowerment to lead others successfully and be part of a strong team.
